Terms of use

These terms cover the Reveille app for iPhone and the website reveillewatch.com, both provided by Summit Veil LLC ("we", "us"). By using either, you agree to them.

1. Licence

Reveille is licensed to you through the Apple App Store under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement governs your licence to use the app. These terms add to it. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement applies.

2. Not medical advice

Reveille reports how far last night's Apple Watch data was from your own recent baseline. It is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and a reading is not a recommendation to train, rest or do anything else. Measurements from a wearable can be incomplete or wrong. Talk to a clinician about any health concern, and do not delay or ignore medical advice because of anything the app shows.

3. Your data

The app works on data stored on your iPhone, and we do not receive it. The privacy policy explains what the app reads and stores. You are responsible for any file you export and where you send it.

4. Purchase and refunds

Reveille is a one-time purchase made through Apple. Apple handles payment and refunds under its own terms. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except as the law or Apple's agreement allows.

6. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, the app and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any reading.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Summit Veil LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or website, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
